Refund policy
- Please ensure that you comply with the following conditions BEFORE making a return:
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The product has not been washed or worn and is in its original condition.
- Labels must be affixed to the product.
- In the event of a return, you must indicate that the gift has no commercial value.
Return the desired items according to our customer service instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Please note that we do not have a return address in Europe. International returns are at your expense (SEE terms and conditions).
Boho and Chic declines all responsibility in the event of an error in the address provided by the customer and reserves the right to refuse the following:
- A return sent or requested after the expiry of the 14-day return period after receipt of your order.
- A product that is not in its original condition.
To return one or more products, go to the “Orders” tab in your customer account and select “Request a Return” to create the request.
REFUND
Refunds are made within 7 to 14 days, depending on the payment method used (credit card, Mastercard, Visa, or Paypal).
